TikTok<\/a>, developed when ByteDance<\/a> company bought<\/a> Musical.ly, (app with the same features as TikTok<\/a> originally created for China market), is catching up quickly to other social media such as Instagram by numbers of active users. Considering the speed of TikTok's<\/a> popularity gain, Instagram<\/a> couldn\u2019t let TikTok<\/a> overtake them.
